Here are some of their number in 1875. At Market Lavington Museum we also have a handwritten list of the activities of the 2nd Volunteer Battalion, Wiltshire Regiment Market Lavington Detachment E Company in the week ending 26th June 1897.

It looks quite a busy schedule although we presume that not all members were involved each day as some of the drills were for recruits and some for second class rifle firing.

The sentence at the bottom appears to be advance warning of the date of an annual inspection.
